Distilled in 1999; bottled in 2018. Bourbon hogshead cask #18-1801; 210 bottles. The nose shows sourdough bread and butter with some lemony yeastiness underneath, followed by more cereal notes. The mouth shows barley water and some malty sweetness, oatmeal, rice cakes. The finish is medium-long. Warm croissant, soot, chopped parsley, sunflower oil, grass and a little lingering pepperiness. ABV 53.2%.
