91-94 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "The vines are located in Les Treux but are suffering from 161/49 rootstock issues. Mid to deep purple. 40% whole bunch gives it a red fruit lift. Starts with a punch and then becomes more nuanced. The typical white pepper notes arrive behind. No more than medium bodied and a slight orange rind wash. A little wood at the finish. A vineyard in transition. Drink from 2026-2033. Tasted: December 2022."
91-93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from young vines in Les Treux that were planted in 2001 and typically produce about two barrels or 600 bottles annually). Firm reduction. Once again there is very good freshness and underlying tension to the supple and round yet nicely detailed medium weight flavors that exude a bracing salinity on the notably less austere finale. This too could use better depth, but the necessary material appears to be present for that to occur. Drink: 2031+. (Jan 2023)"
