On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, rich and layered, with fine-grained but firm tannins which assert themselves on the long, sappy finish. This will need some time in the cellar, but it's very promising, and an open bottle held up and indeed evolved beautifully over several days. Drink: 2024-2040. (Apr 2018)"
