91-94 points Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "(Co-maceration of 20% chardonnay mostly from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and 80% pinot from Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne; similar saignée process as Laurent-Perrier; aged 3 years on lees; 8g/L dosage; cork; small production of 35,000 bottles). The personality of southern Montagne de Reims pinot noir and the dexterity of Michel Fauconnet with maceration rosé are both on display here in a style designed as a simple and fresh union of the structure of pinot noir and the delicacy and femininity of chardonnay. It was first created by Fauconnet’s predecessor Alain Terrier, who set out to make a rosé of cassis character. The 2013 is refreshingly and unusually elegant for a maceration rosé, a tangy and characterful expression of pinot noir, tweaked with the tension of chardonnay. Boasting a medium salmon-copper hue, the strawberry hull and red apple fruit of pinot are focused by the bright acidity and fine chalk minerality of chardonnay, concluding with gentle tannin grip. Subtle, almost savoury notes of cracked pink pepper and rhubarb accent a lively finish. The 2012 base shone with a radiant medium salmon hue and spectacular finesse and restraint of pretty red berry fruits on release at the house, but sadly quickly faded to a copper tint and savoury characters of sun-dried tomato and paprika, its diminishing fruit definition amplifying the grip and dry texture of firm, fine tannin structure. (2020-2021)"

93 points James Suckling: "Wonderful aromas of tangerines and peaches with honeysuckle. Full-bodied, yet tight and focused, with lovely energy and brightness. Dried lemon and a hint of ginger. Drink or hold. (7/11/22)"

92 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "From the base vintage of 2019, the NV Champagne Brut Rosé is Chardonnay with the addition of 12% still red wine of Pinot Noir from Bouzy, Tours sur Marne, and Ambonnay. There are 8 grams per liter of dosage added. Light pink in color, the nose is savory with blood orange peel, quinine, and fresh peach, and the palate is dry, floral, and lightly saline. The Chardonnay drives the character of the wine with a focused structure and chalky texture. This would be a wonderful aperitif or to have with raw preparations such as sushi. Drink over the next 8-10 years. The sister house to Salon, Delamotte owns 10 hectares of vineyards in Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Cramant, and Avize, and they purchase from 80 hectares, mostly Chardonnay from Oiry and Chouilly and some Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims in Bouzy, Ambonnay, and Tours sur Marne. A small amount of Meunier is purchased from around Epernay. When Salon does not produce a vintage wine, those parcels go into the production of Delamotte bottlings. Like Salon, the wines are fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel; however, malolactic fermentation is achieved on a case-by-case basis. Drink: 2022-2032. (11/7/22)"

91 points Wine Spectator: "[$115 list] A crisp, minerally Champagne in an aperitif style, with notes of strawberry pie, smoked almond, orange peel and pastry cream set on the fine, lively bead. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now. 250 cases made. (2023)"

91 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "A softly fruity but complex nose offers up wisps of cherry, raspberry and a markedly yeasty emphasis. The delicious, round and again rather fleshy flavors are supported by a relatively soft mousse yet there is much better depth on the nicely dry if not exactly crisp finish than is displayed by the NV Brut. Drink: 2023+. (Oct 2023)"
