91-94 points Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "(Co-maceration of 20% chardonnay mostly from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and 80% pinot from Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne; similar saignée process as Laurent-Perrier; aged 3 years on lees; 8g/L dosage; cork; small production of 35,000 bottles). The personality of southern Montagne de Reims pinot noir and the dexterity of Michel Fauconnet with maceration rosé are both on display here in a style designed as a simple and fresh union of the structure of pinot noir and the delicacy and femininity of chardonnay. It was first created by Fauconnet’s predecessor Alain Terrier, who set out to make a rosé of cassis character. The 2013 is refreshingly and unusually elegant for a maceration rosé, a tangy and characterful expression of pinot noir, tweaked with the tension of chardonnay. Boasting a medium salmon-copper hue, the strawberry hull and red apple fruit of pinot are focused by the bright acidity and fine chalk minerality of chardonnay, concluding with gentle tannin grip. Subtle, almost savoury notes of cracked pink pepper and rhubarb accent a lively finish. The 2012 base shone with a radiant medium salmon hue and spectacular finesse and restraint of pretty red berry fruits on release at the house, but sadly quickly faded to a copper tint and savoury characters of sun-dried tomato and paprika, its diminishing fruit definition amplifying the grip and dry texture of firm, fine tannin structure. (2020-2021)"

92 points Wine Spectator: "[$96 list] This bright rosé shows a pleasing crunchiness to the mousse and acidic frame, layered with a well-spiced range of ripe apricot and boysenberry fruit, candied ginger and Marcona almond flavors. Disgorged June 2018. Drink now through 2022. 250 cases imported. (11/30/19)"

92 points James Suckling: "Sweet, charming, rose perfume here with almond paste and fresh bread dough. The palate is smooth, velvety and charming with a lightly tangy core that delivers a fresh, elegant impression. Pink-fruit finish. Drink now. (9/5/18)"

91+ points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "[$96 list] Disgorged in June 2018, the latest release of Delamotte's NV Brut Rosé is showing very well, offering up notes of orange rind, rhubarb, white cherries, pastry cream and brioche. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, deep and beautifully balanced, with an elegant, understated profile, superb focus and a long, delicately chalky finish. Drink: 2019-2029. (Aug 2019)"

91+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The current release of Delamotte non-vintage Brut Rosé is really a lovely example. My understanding is that the blend is a preponderance of pinot noir over chardonnay, with eighty percent of the blend pinot and twenty percent chardonnay. The lovely deep salmon color comes from skin contact, rather than the addition of red still wine. The dosage is seven grams per liter. The wine offers up a lovely nose of cherries, a touch of rhubarb, chalky soil tones, woodsmoke and rye bread. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a fine core, elegant mousse and lovely length and grip on the wide open, but still youthful finish. This wine will continue to blossom with bottle age, but it is already very tasty and easy to drink. Fine juice. 2018-2030. (Sep/Oct 2018)"

91 points Jeb Dunnuck: "The medium amber/salmon colored NV Brut Rosé Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. It has a caramelized, brioche-scented style as well as plenty of strawberry and cherry fruits, building, medium-bodied richness, and a pretty, elegant texture that keeps you coming back to the glass. It’s a classy, beautifully balanced rosé to drink over the coming 7-8 years. Drink: 2018-2026. (3/20/18)"
