91 points Wine Spectator: "[$71 list] A delicate, mineral-driven Champagne, with an underpinning of chalk, smoke and oyster shell layered with notes of poached apricot, citronella and beeswax. Lively and persistent on the finish. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Drink now through 2026. (11/30/23)"

91 points James Suckling: "Attractively chalky and biscuity nose, with some honey, apricots and lemon cream. It's balanced and focused, with very fine bubbles, a medium body and well-rounded finish. 60% chardonnay, 35% pinot noir and 5% meunier. Base wine from 2018 with 20% reserve wines from 2017 and 2016. Drink now. (7/7/23)"

90 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The latest release of Delamotte's NV Brut is especially charming, bursting with aromas of crisp orchard fruit, peach and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and enveloping, it's a fleshy, giving wine that's ample and pliant, with a pinpoint mousse and a nicely defined finish. Drink: 2021-2027. (8/31/22)"

90 points Wine Enthusiast: "An attractively dry Champagne that highlights its mineral texture as much as its ripe white fruits, this is tense, with a fine bite of acidity. The bottling is young and the wine needs to soften for the full experience. Drink from 2023. Alcohol 12%. (Dec 2022)"

90 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(chardonnay 55%, pinot noir 35%, meunier 10%, disgorged January 2022). A perfumed and very pretty nose combines notes of apple, citrus rind and plenty of classic yeast nuances. There is good richness to the generously proportioned middle weight flavors that are shaped by a moderately fine effervescence on the succulent and saliva-inducing finish that isn’t especially dry though it is nicely persistent. Drink: now. (Apr 2022)"

90 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "The NV Champagne Brut is 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and the rest Meunier, with the base vintage being from 2017. It pours a pale straw, with fresh and inviting aromas of fruit punch, wet stone, and bread dough. The palate is full of life and drinking well now, with rounded golden orchard fruit, lime zest, and a hint of graham biscuit. A solid entry wine from the range, this would be a fantastic aperitif or wine by the glass. Drink 2022-2032.The sister house to Salon, Delamotte owns 10 hectares of vineyards in Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Cramant, and Avize, and they purchase from 80 hectares, mostly Chardonnay from Oiry and Chouilly and some Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims in Bouzy, Ambonnay, and Tours sur Marne. A small amount of Meunier is purchased from around Epernay. When Salon does not produce a vintage wine, those parcels go into the production of Delamotte bottlings. Like Salon, the wines are fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel; however, malolactic fermentation is achieved on a case-by-case basis. Drink: 2022-2032. (11/7/22)"
