Eschewing the Corbieres appellations rules, they often blend multiple varietals not permitted in the appellation. Sur la Crete is a blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvèdre made with native yeasts and no sulfite additions. It is a medium bodied red with showing an elegant natural style showing brighter red fruit aromas with floral tones. It is a pure and clean expression showing off the talents of this exciting winery.
