95 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The domaine’s 2018 Corton 'Bressandes' is even a step up from the very, very good Maréchaudes this year, and this seems likely to be one of the finest Bressandes crafted here in the last quarter century! The wine was raised in twenty percent new cask this year and offers up a simply beautiful bouquet of plums, red and black cherries, smoked meats, a touch of cocoa powder, a complex base of soil tones, lovely floral elements and a touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and shows off superb depth of sappy fruit at the core, with beautiful soil signature, ripe, fine-grained tannins and lovely balance and grip on the long and complex finish. This is great Bressandes in the making! 2032-2085. (Nov/Dec 2019)"

94 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Fleshy and gourmand, the 2018 Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru evokes peonies, rose petals, red berries, cherries and loamy soil. Full-bodied, layered and velvety, it's sumptuous and enveloping, with an ample core of pure, succulent fruit framed by lively acids and powdery tannins. Drink: 2025-2055. (Jan 2021)"

92-94 points Fine Wine Review: "Floral nose. Mouth is round, ripe, smooth and has earthy red and dark fruits, some spiciness. Smooth texture, some tannin on finish. Not heavy or overly powerful, but excellent density. 100% whole clusters. 13.2º, picking pH 3.2. Picked 1,2 September. (1/4/20)"

93+ points Neal Martin (Vinous): "[$245 list] The 2018 Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru has a captivating bouquet of vivid red berry fruit tinged with Seville orange marmalade and sous-bois aromas, conveying wonderful energy and classicism. The cohesive palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a fine bead of acidity and a sense of linearity and strictness on the finish. Maybe a little more closed than the Maréchaudes at the moment, it will need 3–4 years to flex its muscles. Drink: 2024-2040. (Dec 2020)"
