The familiar nutty nose of Baileys is always welcome in these parts; aeration brings out some of the spice, but while the dairy element remains hidden, the nuttiness prevails until the end. The palate entry continues the nut-fest begun in the bouquet; it's in the midpalate where Baileys takes flight as full bodied flavors of cocoa bean, café au lait, Brazil nut, and Christmas spices pull the taste wagon in harmony. Concludes as chocolaty as any Irish cream in the marketplace. A superbly made product."
