Wasenhaus' new entry level Pinot Noir -- think Nouveau energy, but more refined. Elegant, surprisingly light, with the same fruity and fun heart as its predecessor. 100% whole cluster, carbonic fermentation for 10 days, pressed and fermented dry mainly in tank and barreled down in a couple old 600l + 500l + 228 l barrels and bottled in March. Organic, biodynamic. Alcohol 12.5%.
