Produced from 100% Sonoma Pinot Noir, this light rosé is fresh and energetic with dried fruit and bright raspberry notes. The fruit is intently whole cluster pressed and fermented to complete dryness in stainless steel over a period of 30 days. The wine is then racked off the lees and aged for an extended period of 6 months in stainless before bottling. The result is a crisp, refreshing rosé that beckons for a poolside BBQ.
