The palate dives into lemon-edged peach, tingling with zestiness and more of that passion fruit tartness. This is sharp and precise, shimmering with pepper and showing nuance upon nuance of fruit. The finish is lip-smacking and vivid. Very fine with restrained sweetness. (Sweet) Drink: 2025-2060."
