Honeyed florals, green apples, ginger and crushed rock swirl up with each glass tilt. It’s silky and round on the palate, with ripe orchard fruits accelerated by lime-tinged acidity. The 2021 leaves a staining of minerality while finishing with impressive length as bitter Granny Smith and cooling mint make a lasting impression.
