Tement's intensely lemon-colored Sauvignon Blanc 2020 Ried Zieregg GSTK offers a deep and complex, very intense, rich and generously aromatic but always precise, fresh and mineral-backboned (even iodine-inflected) bouquet of concentrated lemon aromas, lemongrass and liquid limestones. Dense and elegant on the palate, with tropical fruit aromas and a perfectly integrated acidity/tannin complex, this is a tight, tense, stimulating and fresh Zieregg that is the most complete and generous 2020 of all Ziereggs... the 2020 Zieregg caresses the palate before it gives it and your brain a job to do.
