Based on nearly botrytis-free grapes, this is a lush and piquant, stimulating, mineral, concentrated and highly refined Auslese with vivacious acidity, very precise and well-defined fruit and a long and seamless finish. Entirely fermented in stainless steel. 1,200 liters were bottled with 7.5% alcohol and 110.8 grams of residual sugar. Tasted from AP 09 19 in August 2019. Drink: 2020-2070. (Jan 2020)"
