This wine showcases the ancient, indigenous grape variety Pugnitello which San Felice have planted and developed in their experimental vineyard called Vitarium, in collaboration with the University of Florence. It produces a really attractive wine here. After Sangiovese, Pugnitello is the most planted grape variety at San Felice. Drink 2023-2030 (Nov 2022)."
