Producer notes: "A small production wine from Revival, Field Guide is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon (coming from the estate Kairos Vineyard south of Stag's Leap District), 20% Petit Verdot, and 20% Merlot (both coming from the Rutherford Bench). This wine is big, rich, and voluptuous with dark brooding fruit and distinct aromas of dark chocolate, pipe tobacco, and black licorice. Though plush on the palate, this wine has integrated tannins and perfectly balanced acidity, indicative of the stunning 2016 vintage!"
