95 points Decanter: "Based in the wine village of Bué, Vincent Pinard is among the best producers of Sancerre. Vincent is now takes a back seat with the 27 hectare domaine run meticulously by his sons Clement and Florent, who are always looking to improve their already excellent wines. Harvesting is by hand with the grapes carefully sorted. Florès is partially fermented in oak with the rest in stainless steel. The Pinard wines have great purity and the 2019 Florès is no exception with lovely ripe fruit aromas, rich mouthfilling texture and a long finish. Potential to improve further in bottle.
