Producer notes: "100% Erbaluce from vineyards with southern exposure in the communes of PontSaint-Martin and Donnas (Valle d'Aosta) at 400-500 meters above sea level. Vinification and aging: Cold pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel for one week. Fermentation and subsequent aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. Appearance: Straw yellow color. Nose: Intense and persistent, floral and fruity with fine notes, herbaceous, hints of mountain flowers and subtle vanilla notes. Taste: In the mouth the wine is complex, with almondy aromas and a distinct savoriness. A white wine with great structure and acidity, ideal for pairing with fish or white meat preparations. Alcohol 13.0%. Only 1,200 bottles produced."
