The grapes are entirely fermented as whole clusters and the wine will be aged over two winters in cask before being blended. The wine has a pronounced floral cast to the ripe, expressive red fruit character. On the palate, the tannins are surprisingly firm and structured, with a grippy feel that should resolve with a bit of ageing. Built to last. Drinking Window: 2024-2034. (Oct 2020)"
