93 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "This ripe, heady wine has lush ripe apple fruit marked by a distinct minerality on the nose and a texture that balances the plump sweetness of the fruit with fresh acidity to drive it to a lingering finish. This vineyard, located right outside the village of Marsannay, is the first wine he made after establishing his domaine in 2001. His 0.17-hectare holding is split between Chardonnay and Aligoté.
