93+ points Monica Larner (Wine Advocate): "This is a blend of three vineyard sites: Bricco Chiesa, Capalot (both in La Morra), and Fiasco (in Castiglione Falletto). This was a warm and dry summer by all accounts, but there is no evidence of jammy flavors here because the roots had access to good water reserves. The 2015 Barolo is a generous and accessible wine with lots of dark fruit and soft, succulent fruit flavors. Its signature leather and tobacco notes will likely develop with time. This "classico" Barolo is always a good match for red meat. Drink: 2020-2035. (Jun 2019)"

93 points Wine Spectator: "This red is round and supple, boasting cherry, plum, licorice and eucalyptus flavors. The tannins are dense but refined, with ample fruit on the back end for balance and longevity. Best from 2022 through 2040. 2,500 cases made. (12/15/19)"

92 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "A blend of fruit from Chiesa, Capalot and Fiasco, Oddero's 2015 Barolo is vibrant, expressive and wonderfully inviting. Bright acids and lifted, floral notes lend a real sense of energy to this crystalline, super-finessed entry-level Barolo from Oddero. Translucent and weightless in the glass, but with good tannic grip, the 2015 has a ton to offer. This is a such gorgeous Barolo. Drink: 2020-2035. (Feb 2019)"

92 points James Suckling: "This needs a good airing to break through the savory aromas and open up to reveal some tarry notes and warm stones. The palate has a strong serving of grippy tannins that carry a juicy black-cherry core. Needs time. Try from 2022. (11/7/19)"
