The wine offers up a pretty, ripe and sappy nose of red and black cherries, chocolate, gamebird, chalky soil tones. just a hint of new oak and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and sappy at the core, with just a bit of backend tannin and a long, tangy and nicely plush and complex finish. Good juice. 2026-2050. (Nov/Dec 2019)"
