The warmth and generous charm of the Sonnenuhr is concentrated here and comes onto the palate with great finesse and salinity that uplifts and refines the intense and concentrated yet highly delicate fruit. The finish is savory and stimulating and not first of all sweet and rich, which makes this a delicious BA to serve with cheese and also wild game dishes when aged 15 or 20 years. 8% alcohol.
