Pleasing purple with a lovely vibrant raspberry nose, very pretty. Plenty of guts here, then energy from the acidity too. This will be quite complex for Bourgogne. Very good. (Nov 2021)"

The palate is sweet and chewy on the entry, good substance, the 20% whole bunch imparting a light pepperiness on the finish. This should drink well for two or three years. Drink: 2023-2028.
