87-88 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Racked to tank. The fruit divides 60-40 Côte de Nuits/Côte de Beaune with 15% whole bunches, and no new wood, in fact a mix of older barrel and foudre. Pleasing purple with a lovely vibrant raspberry nose, very pretty. Plenty of guts here, then energy from the acidity too. This will be quite complex for Bourgogne. Very good. (Nov 2021)"

86-88 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2020 Bourgogne Côte d’Or is 60% Côte de Nuits and 40% Côte de Beaune. Soft dark cherry and cola scents unfurl on the nose, just a slight reduction here. The palate is sweet and chewy on the entry, good substance, the 20% whole bunch imparting a light pepperiness on the finish. This should drink well for two or three years. Drink: 2023-2028. (Dec 2021)"

86-88 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(60% Côte de Nuits, 40% Côte de Beaune). A spicier nose features notes of black raspberry, cassis and warm earth. The middle weight flavors are not as dense though they are finer while the lingering finish is firm, serious, rustic and more structured. Drink: 2025+. (Jan 2022)"
