****Highly Recommended, F. Paul Pacult (Spirit Journal): "[$24 list] Neon yellow color and only slightly cloudy; more transparent than not. The opening sniffings detect an oily, skin-like zestiness that doesn't feature the fruit pulp nearly as much as the peel; seven more minutes in the glass serves to open up a keen astringency that's remarkably true to the fruit source. Light and nimble on the tongue at palate entry; by the midpalate stage the tart but not astringent flavor of authentic lemon enchants the taste buds; lovely, balanced, and smooth as silk. The finish is medium-long, properly juicy, and oily and in a word luscious. A superb, understated, and classy limencello."
