90 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2021 Pazo de Seoane bottling from Lagar de Cervera is comprised from a blend of sixty percent Albariño, twenty-one percent Loureiro, twelve percent Caiño Blanco and seven percent Treixadura. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel. The 2021 version offers up a bright bouquet of pear, green olive, ocean breeze, lime peel, a lovely base of soil and a topnote of white flowers. On the palate the wine is vibrant, full-bodied, focused and complex, with good mineral undertow, zesty acids and fine focus and grip on the long and quite bouncy finish. This has excellent complexity from its unique blend of Galician white grapes. 2022-2028. (May/Jun 2022)"
