The wine is really very lovely on both the nose and palate, with the bouquet wafting from the glass in a mix of cherries, sweet cranberries, stony soil tones, fresh herbs and a nice touch of spit-roasted gamebird. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, vibrant and tangy, with a fine core of fruit, lovely soil signature and grip, a bit of backend tannin and a long, complex and very well-balanced finish. Fine juice in the making, but give it a few years to blossom properly. 2025-2050. (May/Jun 2022)"
