97 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "All the colors of the peach: yellow, white and red-fleshed! Fabulous succulence is married to a zesty freshness that creates an electric tension. Great concentration on the mid-palate, but the intensity only builds at the very long, energetic and wet stone finish. Doesn’t want to stop! Drink or hold. (11/13/23)"

96 points Anne Krebiehl, MW (Vinous): "The 2022 Riesling Dalsheimer Oberer Hubacker Grosses Gewächs was grown on yellow limestone. The nose is exquisitely scented, very fine, marked with chervil and lemon balm, purest lemon, yet also a flicker of peach skin. The palate is slender yet dense, fluid and compact, vivid with notions of red-cheeked apple, and again, just a touch of peach among the lemony, pithy concentration. The mid-palate has some heat, shows the site's power and seems to become riper and riper. It's like a thoroughbred, raring to go, barely containing its power, very streamlined, driven and straining at the leash. (Bone-dry) Drink: 2025-2050. (Sep 2023)"

95 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2022 Oberer Hubacker Grosses Gewächs is also outstanding in this vintage and shares the same seamless nature of the finest Trocken bottlings at the top addresses across Germany. The bouquet is young and nascently complex, wafting from the glass in a mix of pink grapefruit, blood orange, wild yeasts, a lovely panoply of chalky soil tones, lemongrass, citrus peel and again, that nice touch of smokiness to come as a topnote. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, focused and rock solid at the core, with bright acids, lovely structure and depth of fruit, seamless balance and a very, very long, precise and classy finish. The 2022 will be a great vintage for the Hubacker! 2032-2075. (Jul 2024)"

94+ points Stephan Reinhardt (Wine Advocate): "The 2022 Riesling Dalsheimer Oberer Hubacker GG is very clear and reductive in its dense, aromatic and slightly salty nose, which combines fresh pineapple, delicate citrus fruit and fine herbal aromas. Juicy and intense on the palate yet fine and elegant, with delicate salinity and fine tannin structure as well as good length, this is one of Keller's finest Hubackers of the last 20 years, but it still needs some time to develop. Tasted at the domaine in July this year. Drink: 2025-2039. (12/29/23)"

94 points Mosel Fine Wines: "AP: 26 23. The 2022 Oberer Hubacker Monopol, as it is referred to on the front label, is a bone-dry wine made only from the upper and steeper part of the vineyard. The nose is expressive, finely aromatic, and appealing, with superb notes of orange blossom, candied citrus, tobacco, herbal tea, yellow peach, licorice, white pepper, and blackberry. The wine is superbly juicy and herbal, and offers a rather broad, opulent, and finely creamy structure, but is superbly complex. The finish is tauter and full of spices, and proves superbly long. This is a slightly more aromatic yet superbly appealing expression of dry Riesling. 2029-2042. (Sep 2023)"
