90 points Luis Gutiérrez (Wine Advocate): "The white 2020 Vinos Singulares Blanco Malvar is sold without appellation, as the Malvar grape is not approved in the Méntrida appellation where they are located. The vineyard is being certified organic, and biodynamic certification should follow. It comes from 1.5 hectares of old vines fermented in a 500-liter French oak barrel without malolactic and matured in that barrel for 10 months. It has a tender nose with notes of apples and straw, with ripe flavors without excess, nice balance and freshness, with volume and ripeness (14% alcohol). 630 bottles were filled in June 2020.
