87 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(60% chardonnay, 30% chenin blanc, 5% pinot noir, 5% mauzac, 10 g/l). A penetrating nose of mild reduction, yeast, citrus and green apple leads to delicious flavors that possess reasonably good complexity on the easy to like and rounded finish. This is only moderately dry and will most please those who enjoy a slightly softer style of sparkler. (Oct 2014)"
The Tasting Panel: "Grown on 30 hectares in Limoux, this crémant offers a big and toasty brioche quality that plays against quince, pear, and lime zest. With a weighty, frothy texture, it finishes quite dryly. (Sep 2018)"
