It’s deeply textural with a buzzing of acid and mineral tension to balance, as notes of pear and pretty inner florals form toward the close. The San Lorenzo closes amazingly fresh yet a bit short, leaving a tinge of bitter citrus to linger. This hails from 80-year-old vines that grow in marl and sandstone soils. Drink: 2022-2027.
