The bouquet delivers a very refined blend of quince, pear, a hint of fresh pineapple, limestone minerality, citrus peel, honeycomb and a topnote of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is deep, pure and full-bodied, with a bit more sweetness and mid-palate stuffing than the other two Demi-Secs this year. The wine is beautifully balanced, zesty and rock solid at the core, with great focus and grip on the long, vibrant and nascently complex finish.
