Distiller notes: "This peated single malt whisky was matured in the far end of our warehouse #3, exactly where the 63rd parallel north cuts through our home. Silently, 63 has been resting there for 63 months, 63 decimeters above ground in 63 liter carefully selected first fill bourbon casks. We used malt peated at 63 ppm, it was fermented for 63 hours and bottled at 63% ABV. Aroma: Peat, vanilla, citrus, spongecake, ginger. Palate: Oak char, caramel, campfire smoke, green apple, walnuts. Finish: Spicy, sweet vanilla, soft peat."
