It offers a magnificent and gorgeously ripe nose of William’s pear, honeyed vineyard peach, herbs, whipped cream, acacia, quince, and smoke. The wine is beautifully creamy, honeyed, and juicy on the palate, and leaves a superbly precise and clean feel in the hugely persistent finish. The after-taste is beautifully smoky and pure. This is a great aromatic expression of Auslese GK in the making. 2029-2069. (Oct 2020)"
