On the palate, this is a dense, intense and elegant but also powerful and highly complex and still purely mineral, mercilessly terroir-driven Riesling that breathes the fruit away just because there is enough terroir, smoke, finesse and tension to praise. Persistent salinity. A great, pure and tensioned Riesling with a long, intense and promising finish. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in September 2022. Drink: 2028-2060.
