Francois Le Saint Sancerre Rouge 2020

This comes from vines planted in clay and chalk-based soils. The fruit was hand-harvested, fully destemmed and fermenated with native yeasts. Aged in old casks before bottling. The fruit is luscious, the texture is elegant. A fine Pinot Noir from Sancerre.
