On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and at its apogee, with lovely depth at the core, beautiful resolution and a very long, focused and tangy finish that closes with lovely detail and grip. High class juice and a great value for a 1964 Barolo. Drink: 2014-2040. (Jul/Aug 2014)"
