Producer notes: "Precious yellow color with greenish reflections, steely edging, clean and very bright. High intensity, with aromas of water fruit (Fuji apple, Williams pear) stone fruit (white plum, peach, litchi peadillo) subtle yellow flowers that give way to elegant notes of freshly cut grass, moss, balsamic herbs, with a mineral background of river stone accompanied by a delicate smoke. The entrance has volume, creaminess, giving way to citrus notes (lemon peel, tangerine) and stone fruits, subtle fennel is intuited, vibrant, with structure in its step, powerful and elegant, it reveals an intense minerality (granite , river stone) that also contributes salinity to its path. With character and structure, long retronasal memory."
