92 points Andy Howard, MW (Decanter): "William Fevre own 46ha of AP Chablis but there was lots of frost damage in 2021 - the yield was just 18hl/ha! Lovely floral notes here, very precise and focussed. This is already appealing although the acidity is certainly evident. Lingering spice notes on the finish. From a tank sample, with bottling due in November. Drink from next year and for many years. Drinking Window: 2023-2027. (Oct 2022)"

91 points La Revue du Vin de France: "The Chablis is a fine entry-level wine, straightforward, with plenty of bite and ripe fruit that doesn't lack freshness. (2024)"

89-91 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2021 Chablis Village comes from 46-hectares of vines and was cropped at 20hl/ha, the vines converted to organic two years ago and due for certification next year. It has a steely nose at first, opening nicely with hints of honeysuckle and wild peaches. The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity, taut and focused, plenty of energy here with an added touch of spice that enlivens the finish. No doubt this will represent great value-for-money. Drink: 2023-2030. (Sep 2022)"

90 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The Chablis AC bottling from the domaine’s own vines is lovely in 2021, but this was one of the most-frosted appellations for Domaine Fèvre and the estate was only able to produce eighteen hectoliters per hectare in these vineyards, so this is going to be a rare bottle to find. The wine offers up a lovely nose of lemon, lime, apple, wet stone minerality, lime zest and a topnote of spring flowers. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, long and focused, with a very good core, zesty acids and a long, still fairly reserved finish. There is a nice touch of salinity to the mineral component here from the very short yields. Good juice. 2023-2040. (Nov/Dec 2022)"
