97 points La Revue du Vin de France: "Sharper tonality in Les Preuses, full of finesse, subtlety and elegance: scintillating in the brilliance of its nuanced fruit. (2022)"

93-96 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "This has not fallen clear yet. Didier likes the marriage between the two parts of Preuses, i.e. both the, southerly slope and the section, which slopes gently to the north. Generous ripeness. Greater warmth and roundness than Côte Bouguerots, but still a good line of tension through the middle, with a useful slight bitterness at the finish – les jolis amers. Grand cru weight and impressive length bringing out the saline character at the end. (Jul 2020)"

95 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from two parcels of vines that total 2.55 ha, or 22% of the entire appellation). This too could be from nowhere else except Chablis with its citrus-tinged aromas of tidal pool, white flowers and shellfish. The racy, intense and painfully intense larger-scaled flavors possess cuts-like-a-knife delineation on the bone-dry and super-saline finish where a distinct bitter lemon quality slowly emerges. This is very classy juice and also built-to-age. Drink: 2031+. (Oct 2021)"

95 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2019 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses bursts from the glass with scents of orange oil, warm bread, crisp stone fruits and oyster shell. Medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural and enveloping, yields of only 23 hectoliters per hectare mean that it's immensely concentrated, with racy acids and a long, pungently intense finish. (Aug 2021)"

93 points Andy Howard, MW (Decanter): "A surprisingly lean, direct and focussed Grand Cru. Plenty of drive here with pronounced acidity and a mineral freshness to finish. However, there is a lack of complexity at the moment - this will come with another few years in bottle. There is no doubting the purity of fruit - just that the overall effect is rather shy and one-dimensional now. The score reflects future potential. Drinking Window: 2023-2032. (Oct 2020)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "2 parcels, one of 1 ha the other of 1.2 ha. ‘We rarely have austerity in Preuses.’ Tank sample for bottling next week. Cut from the same cloth as the ‘Côte’ – what a nose. A slightly granular tannin at the base of this wine – extra-wide, beautiful mixing of tension, energy and minerality – intensity without ever becoming too much. Bravo! (Feb 2021)"
