91 points Georgina Hindle (Decanter): "Mineral notes coming through aromatically alongside lime and peach flesh. Intense citrus comes through straight away on the palate giving it freshness and vibrancy. A really lovely, balanced wine that has great typicity. Good length and slightly bitter but refreshing lemon at the very end. Drinking Window: 2020-2030. Alcohol 13.0%. (Jun 2020)"
91 points Bruce Sanderson (Wine Spectator): "This is rich and ripe, offering peach, honey and lemon flavors. Turns bracing and compact, with a long, minerally finish. Could benefit from short-term cellaring. Drink now through 2024. (12/15/19)"
90 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The Domaine bottling of Chablis AC is always a small step up from the Champs Royaux and the 2018 version is no exception to this rule! This is first class villages, jumping from the glass in a vibrant blend of pear, lemon, refined minerality, white flowers and a touch of the beeswax to come with bottle age. On the palate the wine is bright, precise and full, with a lovely core, superb backend mineral drive and a long, complex and snappy finish. This really has good cut for the vintage! 2020-2035. (Nov/Dec 2019)"

This limited edition Chablis from William Fevre, illustrated with a lobster, highlights the food pairings enhanced by the cuvée’s vivacity. Very refined bouquet, developing citrus, white-fleshed fruit and floral notes. Fresh and supple, the wine is marked by mineral notes that are typical of the appellation.
