94-96 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "Vinified with 40% stems, the 2023 Echézeaux Grand Cru has quite a powerful bouquet that soaks up the 100% new oak better than the Aux Reignots. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, fleshy tannins. It has a crisp line of acidity and very harmonious, impressive weight with a mineral-driven finish. This is an accomplished Echézeaux that should age well in bottle. Drink: 2028-2055. (Jan 2025)"

93-96 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Aromas of sweet red berries, petals and spices introduce Felettig's 2023 Échezeaux Grand Cru, a medium to full-bodied, supple and seamless wine that's beautifully suave and elegant this year, with melting tannins and a long, mouthwateringly chalky finish. (1/30/25)"

93-95 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "40% whole bunches and the same vineyard work. Not too deep a ruby colour. A fine floral bouquet along with the alpine strawberries. Not quite so intense but nevertheless an attractive dainty red fruit approach through to a persistent finish. Drink from 2031-2038. Tasted Dec 2024."

91-94 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from young vines in Les Treux that were planted in 2001 and typically produce about two barrels or 600 bottles annually; 30% whole cluster). An exuberantly spicy nose of mostly dark berries and plum is nuanced by notes of rose petal, exotic tea and an interesting hint of hoisin. There is more volume if less minerality to the beautifully textured, denser and more powerful flavors that coat the palate with sappy dry extract, which also helps to buffer the firm core of tannins shaping the balanced and highly persistent finish. Drink: 2035+. (Jan 2025)"
