96-97 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "Quite a shy nose, but on the palate this is so dense without the slightest hint of heaviness. All red fruits with an almost lemony freshness at the long, intensely mineral finish. Great potential! (8/8/23)"

95-97 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2022 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru is once again one of the high points of the range chez Faiveley, wafting from the glass with aromas of raspberries, rose petals, Indian spices, blood orange and coniferous forest floor, followed by a full-bodied, ample and layered palate that's cool, concentrated, vibrant and perfumed, concluding with a long, saline finish. (1/18/24)"

94-97 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "A fine mid crimson. The fruit has a little more body on the nose than the Echezeaux, as should be the case. This has some nuances, and the fruit is a little drier, but this one has the depth which was not always present in some of the others. This is heading in the right direction. Drink from 2030-2038. Tasted: October 2023."

94-97 points Fine Wine Review: "Latricières-Chambertin is a vineyard I’ve always found to be a bit underrated in the general marketplace, and Faiveley’s has always been in my top rung of examples; certainly, this is a topflight result. The wine is nervous and energetic with a cool, steely texture, linear development, and outstanding length. (8/24/23)"

93-96 points/'Don't miss!' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a large 1.21 ha parcel). There is enough wood influence to merit pointing out on the airy, cool and layered nose of both red and dark currant, the sauvage and plenty of forest floor character. The super-sleek, intense and markedly mineral-driven flavors possess an almost delicate mid-palate mouthfeel that contrasts substantially with the powerful, driving and wonderfully long, if decidedly firm, finale. This is not only excellent but it's textbook. Drink: 2037+. (Jan 2024)"

95 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "Starting with earthy and smoky overtones, this goes on to unleash exuberantly perky blackberries and blueberries. Despite the spherical and supple mid-palate, the tannins are a bit austere for the moment with their lightly drying, sand paper sensation. But, this is old vine fruit from 50- and 80-year-old plants, and the lingering finish suggests that more harmonious integration will come in time. Still, this is no doubt a lovely Latricières. (2024)"

93-95 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru has slightly blacker fruit on the nose compared to the Echézeaux. It’s a little conservative, as Latricières often is, but delineated with well-integrated oak. The palate is medium-bodied with an elegant entry, refined with sutured and pliant tannins. A more delicate Latricières than expected with pleasing mineralité on the finish. This should gain weight during élevage and become a delicious, refined Grand Cru. Drink: 2028-2048. (Jan 2024)"
