Les Fuées enjoys a privileged situation: it's essentially a southern extension of the Bonnes Mares. Although there are some surface difference, the underlying rock formation is very similar to that of the grand cru. Faiveley's tiny parcel was planted in 1944 and 2011; they know what they've got, and it's well known that they charge a premium for it.
