96 points Bruce Sanderson (Wine Spectator): "[$874 list] Luscious and expressive, this red exudes cherry, spiced plum, boysenberry, licorice, sandalwood and vanilla aromas and flavors, with a firm base of acidity and tannins lending support. Though balanced, this needs time for its initial attack and finish to integrate. Best from 2026 through 2045. 21 cases imported. (11/30/23)"

94-96 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "The grand terroirs can shrug off the difficult vintages, says Jérôme. For him Clos de Bèze is the same wine every year. Fine crimson purple, with more depth than the other Grands Crus. Plenty of red fruit but in a slightly stricter format here. The fruit on the palate is very high class, all red not black, with white pepper as if some whole bunch (but not) and the return of sweet floral red fruit notes. Perfectly together at the back, taming the tannins, and with just enough acidity. Drink from 2030-2040. (Nov 2022)"

95 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "Autumn leaves, balsamic and black cherries burst from the glass. This is an exuberant and exotic Clos de Bèze for sure. The tannins are rounded and the acidity is demure. Whereas this is typically a wine that needs time (five to ten years), there is a gentleness here that suggests earlier drinking may be possible in this vintage. (2023)"

95 points/'Very Fine+,' Steen Öhman (Winehog): "The Chambertin Clos de Beze is a step up in both refinement and control. A bigger wine, yes, yet I find more hedonistic balance in the Mazis, as the Clos de Beze seems to be vinified a tad harder. It is borderline inky; not quite, but I like the delicate core of the Mazis more. That said, the Clos de Beze is the points winner here. Drink from 2036. (12/19/22)"

93-95 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2021 Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand Cru is beautiful, wafting from the glass with aromas of sweet red berries, orange zest, Asian spices, rose petals and sweet forest floor. Full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it's layered, concentrated and complete, uniting the sensual aromatics and textures of Faiveley's Latricières with all the musculature and more of their Mazis to compelling effect. (Jan 2023)"

92-94 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2021 Chambertin Clos-de-Bèze Grand Cru bides its time opening up, revealing raspberry and cranberry fruit, autumn leaves, touches of orange pith. Cohesive and focused, it gains vigour in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, brown spices and white pepper that are liberally sprinkled over the finish that has a very small attenuation. But this is still well-crafted. Drink: 2024-2040. (Jan 2023)"

93 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "The Faiveley holdings in the Clos de Bèze are lovely. The 'classique' and the Bèze super-cuvée Les Ouvrées Rodin are usually among my favorite wines from this house. 2021 is no exception. It combines the solid, somewhat chunky density of the Latricières and the sensual charm and exuberance of the Charmes. The grapes come from three of the four Faiveley domaine parcels, all located in the heart of the Clos de Bèze. Drinking Window: 2025-2045. (Jun 2022)"
