92 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2018 Elise Dechannes 'Absolue Terre' Brut Nature is also made entirely from pinot noir, with the vins clairs for this bottling aged ten months in amphorae prior to bottling up for secondary fermentation. The wine delivers a refined aromatic constellation of apple, white peach, brioche, chalky minerality, a touch of the amphora influence and a topnote of citrus blossoms. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and vibrant, with a fine core, lovely mineral drive and cut, elegant mousse and a long, complex and beautifully balanced finish.
