93 points Decanter: "The steeply sloped Vigna Castel Ringberg in Caldaro is a monopole of the Elena Walch estate, and at 20ha it's the biggest single vineyard in Alto Adige. Mainly dolomitic limestone, it also has some loose gravels and morainic spots. Predominantly vinified in stainless steel, 15% ferments and ages in 25hl casks. It has a clayey, smoky aroma followed in the mouth by some bright and zesty citrus peel, melon, apple and a touch of spice. Ripe and almost honeyed, it's nicely balanced by a vein of salinity and a long, moreish finish. A classy example of the variety that's built to pair with food. Drinking Window: 2023-2026. (Apr 2023)"
90 points Falstaff: "Bright, luminous straw yellow. Delicate and somewhat restrained on the nose, with notes of white flowers and crunchy fruit. Concentrated on the palate, with lots of drive, fine fruit texture, persistent finish. (10/16/23)"
