91-95 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Medium purple, with a slightly firm stemmy nose, not so pure. Dense, dark, fruit on the palate, but this time it is pure. Definitely a matt rather than a gloss finish. The bouquet still doesn’t really want to come out. Good acidity as well as tannins. Fractional volatility here. There is some good raw material but the wine is rather at sixes and sevens today. (Dec 2018)"
