The bouquet is quite refined out of the blocks, delivering scents of pear, lemon, a stony base of soil tones, white lilies, apple blossoms and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and quite mineral-driven in personality, with a fine core of fruit, bright acids and superb typicité on the long, zesty finish.
