Most of the fruit is from Rita's Crown, which makes it a very serious wine at the this level. For that reason, I would cellar the 2020 for at least 2-3 years. Lemon confit, sage, mint, crushed rocks and chamomile give the 2020 a distinct savory quality that matches its phenolic, structured feel. Drink: 2022-2028. (Aug 2022).
